Yes! The ApnaEMI platform is free to use. There is no monthly subscription fee. A processing fee is charged per customer onboarding and a small platform commission is applied on each EMI transaction.

Absolutely! ApnaEMI is fully mobile-responsive. Open apnaemi.in in any mobile browser (Chrome, Safari) and it works perfectly. You can add customers, create EMI records, and collect payments all from your phone.

Go to the Customers page and click "+ Add Customer". Fill in the customer's Aadhaar number, full name, mobile number, and other details. Click "Add Customer & Send OTP" — an OTP will be sent to the customer's mobile. Once verified, the customer is added.

Aadhaar number is used for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. It helps verify the customer's identity and prevents fraud. The data is stored securely and used only for identification purposes.

Yes! You can add customers from any state in India. There are no geographical restrictions on customer addition.

Open the customer's profile from the Customers page and click "Mark Inactive". This will change their status. You can reactivate them at any time by clicking "Mark Active".

Go to the Udhaars page and click "+ New Udhaar". Follow the 4-step form: 1) Select customer, 2) Enter product details, 3) Select EMI plan, 4) Upload documents. Click "Create Udhaar" to complete.

Yes! You can create multiple EMI records for the same customer. Each udhaar is tracked separately in the system.

Go to Settings page. Under "EMI Plans", click "+ Add Plan". Enter the number of months and your interest rate. Save the plan and it will appear as an option when creating new udhaars.

Go to the Udhaars page, find the customer's udhaar, and click the "💰 Collect EMI" button. Select the payment method (Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer) and confirm. The payment will be recorded automatically.

Go to Settings page and find the "Bank Details" section. Enter your bank account number, IFSC code, and account holder name. Click Save to update.
